Krisztina Kiglics
I have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources from the University of Pannonia and a master's degree in Management and Organisation. I am currently a PhD student at the Faculty of Business and Economics.
From the beginning of my studies I was an active participant of the university life and the support of students. As a patron, I took part in Freshman Camp and I was member of the Dormitory Administrative Committee in the Central Dormitory, where I played an active role in the organization of student programs.
The knowledge acquired during the activities carried out over the years helps me to get to know the processes of the university which allows me to help students manage their affairs.
As a certified Orientify career analyst, my purpose is to help young people struggling with blocks in choosing the appropriate direction.
As the topic of my thesis I deal with the importance of the competences of career starters from the point of view of the labour market. I use the knowledge obtained and the research results to help students meet the expectations of employers by developing their employment skills.
