- What is a JOB INTERVIEW?
The answer seems to be obvious and simple, however it is a lot more complex than you think. - What’s YOUR only TASK in a JOB INTERVIEW?
To be yourself and sell yourself. - Do you know what ”relaxed alertness” means?
Well, it is probably one of the best mindsets you should have for a JOB INTERVIEW. - Can you introduce yourself?
Sure, you can. But can you do it in a professional way, focusing on the position already in your introduction? - Are you able to handle tricky and embarrassing interview questions?
Maybe yes... or you’re not sure... or absolutely not...
SOME DETAILS OF THE TRAINING
- This one-day-language training is absolutely practice-focused and provides plenty of opportunities for the participants to speak, practice and gain an insight into the nature and background of the typical job interview questions.
- The training is based on approximately 40 real job interview questions, usually applied by interviewers at multinational companies. You get the chance to work out their own customized answers to them.
- You can practice by conducting mini, mock interviews with your fellow participants, taking turns to play the role of both the interviewer and the interviewee.
- Besides lots of communication practices, you can also get essential information on how to dress, behave and communicate.
- Finally you get the chance to partcipate in an almost-real job interview and show off what you picked up during this one-day-course. Do not worry! Try yourself and you’ll also get valuable and useful feedback from the trainer.
- A reasonable proficiency is a prerequisite for the course (min. level B2), but the active usage of the language and previous real-life experience as a language user is a lot more important than having any kind of language exam certificate. But if you’re not that much experienced language user, do not worry either. This special course is an excellent opportunity to gain some essential knowledge and experience that you need for job interviews.
