Ildikó Egyed
I obtained both of my degrees at the University of Pannonia as a German language teacher and human resources manager. I studied psychology at Károli Gáspár University.
I worked for 6 years in HR department of multinational companies in the field of recruitment and selection, then I founded my own recruitment and organisation development company, where I spent 16 years in various development and management positions.
As career counsellor, soft skill trainer, individual and team coach, I have helped others in their life difficulties and in the development of their personality and competencies.
I have the ACC accreditation of the International Coaching Federation, in 2020 the Federation recognized my work with the “ICF Coach of the year” award. Furthermore, I am an accredited DISC and PTX counsellor and certified Orientify career analyst. In 2022 I received Pro Facultate award of the University of Pannonia Faculty of Business and Economics as a recognition of our more than 10 years of professional cooperation.
I consider the helping-developing profession holistically, therefore I have been trained in many areas (Brief, Gestalt, NLP, Action learning, PCM, Transaction analysis, schema therapy, Ultra short-term therapy) over the past years.
As the director of the Centre for Student Services and Career I am responsible for the efficient operation of the organisational unit and also for the corporate partnerships and as trainer, coach and career counsellor I participate in labour market competence development, mentor training and other development and support activities.
