Anna Véghelyi
I graduated as mental health support specialist in 2016 at Károli Gáspár University of the Reformed Church in Hungary. Then I obtained story therapist qualification as part of a two-year training. Even today I rely on the power of tales/stories in a consultation process. At the Perinatus Foundation I learned a lot about the period of fetal life and birth. These early events have a powerful impact on our entire life. Currently I am student of the Integrative Baby Therapy course.
In addition, I have two other degrees, I am a teacher and communication major philologist. Previously I worked for NGOs, cultural institutions as press officer and project manager. I have been on my own self-knowledge journey for a very long time and it helps me to be better and better in my everyday life and find my balance more easily.
I have accompanied children, young adults and parents in difficult life situations for seven years.
In the process of self-knowledge an internal map is created, where you can see the patterns of operation that are deep down. You can see what’s going on inside you, you can hear the thoughts/words running through your head. Now you have the chance to choose your actions and you do not react suddenly. We can achieve change by regularly observing ourselves, we express what is happening in our body, what feelings are swirling in us, what we need at the moment? Attention is like a spotlight. Everything becomes visible and we will be able to find out what our response patterns are. Then it is possible to change.
We all have difficult, painful, tense periods in our lives, in which it is not easy to find a handhold or to believe: there is a way out. In such cases, a specialist can help by accompanying and supporting you during this period.
