How to Make the Most of Who You Are

A 3-hour workshop for you if you are an international student studying and living in a different country and culture.

We will look at some of the things that can make university life easier — from understanding how you learn and recognising your strengths, to staying focused, preparing for exams and finding a balance between studying, working and having a life outside university.

The aim is a shift in perspective: from “How can I survive here?” towards “How can I make the most of being here?”
