Interactive discussion on maintaining mental health
How can we become more resilient to stress?
The various stressful situations that university students face have a negative impact on their mental, physical, and emotional well-being. During this workshop, we will look at the challenges that different life situations present. See what we can do in each situation to stay well, protect our boundaries, and maintain or restore our mental well-being. We will also look at rewarding activities that help us maintain mental resilience.
